⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at this dental office! I was originally scheduled as a first-time patient for an exam, but they happened to have a cancellation and were able to get me in for a cleaning as well, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was so kind, welcoming, and understanding. I honestly felt no judgment at all, which meant a lot to me. I’m usually pretty nervous going to the dentist because I’ve felt judged in the past, but I didn’t feel that way here whatsoever. The hygienist who did my cleaning (I’m so sorry, I forgot her name!) was absolutely wonderful. She was so nice, patient, and understanding and made me feel really comfortable. She explained what she was doing and answered my questions without ever making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. The doctor was great too! He was very energetic, friendly, and kind, and you could tell he genuinely cared about his patients. I’m really happy I chose this office and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Dr Park takes the time to educate you as he goes over your scan results with very detailed explanations. He also doesn’t concur with the higher cost recommendations/services from others if he feels it is unnecessary. I am just amazed at this dentist office.. I had my teeth cleaned by the sweetest little gal Jenny, she did an excellent job 💕💕 I got to meet doctor Parks and staff..Kelly was very helpful at the check out desk.. Dr Parks and his assistant Melissa had gone over a perfect plan for me, I was hoping for..we started 10 crowns the following week..got temps ❤️ they look and feel 👍.. can't wait to see my final permanent crowns..I'm so excited . This is a wonderful dental office. Very professional, they listen to your needs and care about you health.. 4 weeks I should have my permanents .. The care was great. Haven't had a cleaning since 2011. No judgement from these guys. They spent one hour analyzing my teeth. 30 minutes on X-rays and that was an easy experience. I have been a patient at Orange Park Dentistry for almost 19 years. I have been through some changes in docs, but my hygienist, Lori, has always been there. She is wonderful! I never feel pressured or uncomfortable, and I look forward to all of my appointments because I know I'm not going to be "sold". This is an updated review from my last one 3 years ago: I'm one of those people who hates going to a dentist. I mean, absolutely detests any possible variation of the experience. I have to say that I can't help but come back to this particular dentist because Dr. Park is fantastic at what he does. He's very quick and to the point, very efficient with his management of time but he doesn't cut corners. He will take extra time to make sure that you're properly numbed, as was my case for example. He knows some neat tricks to make sure that you're not going to be in any pain. Something that I think is very telling is that every single one of his staff members talk very highly of him. That's one of the ways that you can tell a doctor is absolutely a fantastic chap. I know this because of my parents being in the medical field. He also has a very interesting backstory, though I doubt you'll ever get to hear it because he's so efficient with his time lol. I highly recommend the membership plan. I am one of those people who thinks that dental insurance is basically a racket and refuses to get it. It is people like him that provide affordable and quality care at the same time. The fact he is the owner as well as the dentist tells you that you're going to get better care here than at any of the other ones owned by private capital or private equity or hedge funds or whoever it is that's going around buying up all these dentist offices and destroying their customer service to maximize profits. Of course along with him, his staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The the whole atmosphere while you're there is light-hearted and friendly. For someone like myself who panics the moment he looks at the door of the dentist office, it provides a pretty good semblance of "this isn't so bad after all" 😁

I am afraid of the dentist.. Besides extractions, I have not been to the dentist since I was a young child, no teeth cleanings or anything. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders the moment I checked in.! Friendly office, wonderful dental assistant, and amazing Doctor of Dentistry.! I visited Orange Park Dentistry today, and my experience with Dr. Park and his wonderful staff was so exceptional that I felt I had to leave a review. I have been to many dental offices in the Jacksonville area over the past 25 years, but I have never experienced a dentist and team who were this professional, precise, efficient, skilled, and genuinely kind. The staff member who prepared me for treatment was very thorough and organized. Dr. Park’s diagnosis was clear, accurate, and confident. His treatment was so fast, smooth, and skillful that before I even realized it had started, it was already finished. The tooth that had been bothering me was treated perfectly, as if the problem had never been there. Dr. Park’s explanation of the follow-up care was very clear, and the staff handled everything in such an organized and professional way that I had no questions or concerns left afterward. Sometimes patients hesitate to leave a great review for an excellent dentist because truly great dentists are so hard to find — and a great review might make it harder to get an appointment next time. However, Orange Park Dentistry and Dr. Park are simply too outstanding not to recognize. This office truly deserves a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. One more thing that really stood out to me is that Orange Park Dentistry feels like a place full of life and heart. Every staff member seemed energetic, positive, and genuinely caring. Their kindness did not feel routine or formal — it felt sincere. This is not a cold or ordinary office. It is a place where people clearly take pride in their work, love what they do, and create a warm, family-like atmosphere together. I truly believe Orange Park Dentistry is one of the best dental offices in the Jacksonville area.
